Oldies but Goodies

So this winter it was time to rearrange my 3-year old's bedroom, sooooo....that means the rest of the house gets looked over with a very critical eye.  What can move?  What needs to go?  Where do I need to shop next?  How is this all going to fit? 

Well, after many hours, lots of time, energy and the removal of a mirror off the back of the wedding-gift-turned-baby-changing-table-for-both-my-kids-8-years-apart-and-now-houses-toys...it is in our bedroom and looks awesome!  So where did all this lead?  To rearranging pictures in picture frames, looking at wedding pictures and then taking pictures of wedding pictures with my phone.  Here are two that I love and now are the picture id's for my brother and sister.  Love my siblings!

My sister at age 17!  So sweet...and what she would say about this picture is that her hand looks overly large. 

My brother....just two weeks before the birth of his daughter.  I think he was realizing that his life was about to change forever.  This also happened to be on my wedding day. 

Mile and CJ whilst visiting Cara and Tommy in E. OR in March of 2002(?).  Those boys were about as cute as could be and loved living life on the ranch for a few days!

Wicked Weekend

We five have been getting to getting together for about 21 years!  From the day we all met that August in 1990, in the OSU dorms...some were friends before...some met that day.  It has been the most fun ride.  It has been filled with laughs, men, marriages, homes, babies, carreers and most of all family, friendships and love.

Happy Birthday Bethany!

We were busy doing the regular stuff; family, friends, work, play, making dinner, laundry, cleaning the house, more laundry, birthdays and some fun nights out.

Tradition...Chopping Down the Tree

We always try and go with our great friends, the Ryan's.  We always try and go on a sunny day.  We always try and have the most fun possible!

Fall 2011

CJ started school...as a middle-schooler!  He is officially a 6th grader and loving every minute of being challenged, being with friends and being in a big school.

Halloween was a blast.  All the family and friends stopped by for candy and Carlos took the kids around the block with the Ryan family.

Thanksgiving was nice at my sister's house. Troy brought the most yummy prime rib and we had enough food to last us for weeks! 

Somewhere in between these wonderful crisp days of fall we spent time out at the Morton's and Zac got some great rides in with Nate and CJ got to ride a 4-wheeler all by himself!
